Guitar Tech Build Course Parts List – Telecaster Build
Below are the bodies that we can supply (stock permitting) Hover over for Specs.
Telecaster Bodies. All bodies can be routed for a Neck Humbucker. Additional Cost is £50
Licensed or Unlicensed..
Due to some recent action by Fender some suppliers have had to alter their headstock very slightly. Our standard neck will be an unlicensed neck (Pic on the Right) and we will have to charge an additional cost for the Licensed neck. If you are considering joining us for a build course then please let us know when filling out your specs whether or not you would like a Licensed neck.

Necks are all Maple with a choice of a Maple or Rosewood Fretboard. 3 Finishes:- Clear Gloss, Vintage Gloss (Amber) or Satin. Large 70’s Headstock available too.
New to summer 2023 we are introducing Ogee pickups!
About
All our builds now come with Ogee pickups as standard. beautifully crafted and hand-wound in house by our very own Olly. The sound of these pickups are always amazing and adds yet another touch of the bespoke to your build. Weather it’s a Tele, Strat, Jazzmaster or even a Humbucker in you’re guitar, we’ve made a few categories to help you choose the right set of Ogee’s for your build.
Speakeasy’s
These will give you that true vintage tone with a well rounded low end, balanced mids and a glassy chime to the highs.
Goldilocks’ (growler)
As the name suggests, these are just right. Vintage hot pickups that grant you rich highs, a punchy midrange and a depth to the low end that can more than handle breaking up, but will also clean up very smoothly.
Black magic’s (screamer)
The black magic pickups are the hottest on offer for crafted for high gain tones. with clear bass response and beefy midrange, these pickups will knock your socks off! Your lead lines will also be brought to the forefront with articulated highs from these pickups.
If you would like Bare Knuckle Boot Camp pickups they are available.
For an additional cost of £100 please see below a list of the pickups that are made to order with Bare Knuckle. Your pickups can be any Bare Knuckle Sets with any of their pickup covers, finishes etc samples below. Some additional costs may apply, eg gold covers, aged etc. Any additional costs will be discussed beforehand.
Pickups – We highly recommend a P90 for the Jazzmaster build although we can supply Humbucker Set for an additional cost.
P90’s – Half Note, Blue Note, Mississippi Queen, Nantucket, Supermassive, Stockholm.

Bridges – We can supply modern or vintage (Ashtray style) bridges with either 6 individual saddles or 3 Brass Saddles.
Chrome, Nickel or Gold
Decal – These are made to order and can feature your name, in any format, nickname or any name you can come up with! They are in the Fender Script and are model specific. Colours can be Silver with Black outer or Gold with Black outer.
They are applied to the headstock by soaking in water and then carefully removing the waterslide transfer onto the headstock and then air dried!
Case – The Tweed cases are extra, for the Telecaster a Tweed case is +£75.
